How Do I Change Mysite on Wix?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 7:37 am

There are a few different ways that you can change your Wix website. You can either use the Wix Editor, which is a drag-and-drop platform that lets you easily create and customize your site, or you can use the Wix Code Editor, which is a more advanced platform that lets you add code to your site.

If you want to change your site using the Wix Editor, simply login to your account and click on the ‘Edit Site’ button. From here, you can make changes to your site by adding or removing content, changing the layout, or adding new features. Once you’re happy with your changes, simply click the ‘Publish’ button to save your changes and make them live on your site.

PRO TIP: If you are considering changing your website on Wix, be aware that this may have negative consequences for your search engine optimization (SEO). Your Wix website will likely have a different URL than your current website, which could mean that any inbound links and search engine rankings you have built up will be lost. In addition, your new Wix website may take some time to rank as highly as your current website in search results.

If you want to change your site using the Wix Code Editor, login to your account and click on the ‘Edit Site’ button. From here, click on the ‘Code’ tab and then select the ‘Add Code’ option.

From here, you can add HTML, CSS, or JavaScript code to your site.
