DigitalOcean is a great way to get started with hosting your own website or server. They offer a simple and affordable platform with a wide range of features.

To connect to FTP, follow these steps:

1. Open your DigitalOcean account.

2. Click on the “server” tab.

3. Under “FTP Access,” select “Enable FTP.”

4. Enter your login details and hit “Enable.”

6. You’ll be presented with the “File Transfer Protocol” window.

7. Select the “Upload” button and browse to the file you want to upload.

8. Click on the “Browse” button and select the file you want to upload.

9. Enter the file size and hit “Upload.”

10. You’ll be presented with the “File Transfer Progress” window.

11. When the file has been uploaded, hit the “Close” button.

12. You’ll be returned to the “server” tab.

13. Under “FTP Access,” click on the “Disabled” icon to re-enable FTP access.

14. You’re now ready to connect to FTP from any computer.

PRO TIP: When connecting to FTP on DigitalOcean, be sure to use a secure connection. Use SFTP, not FTP. Regular FTP is not secure and your password could be compromised.
