To create a bookmark in Photoshop, first open the image you want to use as your bookmark. Then, click on the “Create a new layer” icon at the bottom of the Layers panel. Next, use the Rectangle Tool to draw a rectangle on your image. Once you have your rectangle drawn, go to Edit > Define Pattern.

In the Pattern Name field, type in a name for your pattern and click OK. Now, go to File > New and select Web Document from the drop-down menu. Photoshop will ask you if you want to merge your layers; click Yes. In the New Document dialog box, set the Width to 100px and the Height to 120px. Then click OK.

Now that you have a new document, go to Edit > Fill and select Pattern from the drop-down menu. In the Use field, select your pattern from the list and click OK.

Your bookmark is now complete! To style your text, simply highlight the text you want to style and use the < p >, < b >, and < u > tags where applicable.
