When creating a global widget in Elementor, there are a few steps that must be followed. First, go to the Widgets tab and click on the + icon. This will open the Add New Widget dialog box.

In the Name field, type a name for the global widget, such as “Global Widget.” In the Description field, provide a brief description of the global widget.

Next, in the Options field, set the options for the global widget. The options that can be set vary depending on the type of global widget that is being created.

PRO TIP: Creating a global widget in Elementor can be dangerous and may cause your site to break. Only do this if you know what you are doing and are comfortable with editing code.

For example, the Global Widget option can be set to be visible on all pages or pages that are included in the theme, while the Widgets Options option can be used to control the visibility of widget areas on specific pages.

After setting the options, click on the OK button to close the Add New Widget dialog box. Next, go to the Widgets tab and click on the + icon again. In the Widget Area field, type the URL of the page on which the global widget should be displayed.

In the Widget Options field, set the options for the global widget. For example, the Global Widget option can be set to be visible on all pages or pages that are included in the theme, while the Widgets Options option can be used to control the visibility of widget areas on specific pages. Finally, go to the Widgets tab and click on the + icon again. Finally, click on the Save button to save the global widget.

The global widget will now be available for use on the selected page.
