There are a few ways to change the global widget in Elementor. The easiest way is to open the widget settings in the main window and change the widget type to “custom.

” From there, you can customise the widget as you see fit.

If you want to change the global widget without opening the settings, you can use the shortcut keys. To access the shortcut keys, go to the main window and click on the “Shortcuts” tab.

PRO TIP: If you are using the global widget in Elementor, be aware that changing the global widget will affect all instances of that widget on your site. If you only want to change the widget in one specific location, you will need to create a new instance of the widget.

From there, you can access the shortcut keys for the different tabs and windows in Elementor.

The shortcut keys for the global widget are as follows:

Widgets: F1

Shortcuts: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10.
