Creating a .ICO file in Photoshop is relatively easy.

First, open Photoshop and create a new document. You can use any size you want, but I suggest a width of 800 pixels and a height of 600 pixels.

Next, select the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) and draw a rectangle around the entire document.

Next, select the ICO File Format from the drop-down menu at the top of the Photoshop window and click OK.

Now, you will need to create a file name for your .ICO file. I suggest using the same name as your website.

Once you have created your file name, double-click on it to open it in Photoshop.

Next, you will need to create the ICO file’s header. To do this, select the Text Tool (T) and enter the following text into the text box: Name of Your ICO

Next, you will need to create the ICO file’s footer. To do this, select the Text Tool (T) and enter the following text into the text box:

PRO TIP: When creating an ICO file in Photoshop, be sure to use the correct dimensions and format. ICO files that are not properly formatted can cause problems when used as website icons.

© Your Name (or Company Name)

Now, you will need to create the ICO file’s content. To do this, select the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) and draw a rectangle around the logo of your choosing.

Next, select the Ellipse Tool (L) and draw an ellipse around the logo. Finally, select the Text Tool (T) and enter the following text into the text box: Logo

Finally, you will need to create the ICO file’s background. To do this, select the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) and draw a rectangle around the entire document.

Next, select the Solid Color Tool (S) and select the color of your choosing.

Finally, select the OK button to save.
