To create a motion effect in Photoshop, first open the image you want to use. Then, go to the “Layer” menu at the top of the screen and select “New Layer.” A new layer will appear in your document.

Next, select the “Brush Tool” from the left toolbar. Choose a soft-edged brush and set the color to black.

Now, click on the area of the image you want to move. Hold down the mouse button and drag the brush across the area you want to animate.

PRO TIP: Warning: Creating a motion effect in Photoshop can be complicated and time-consuming. Make sure you have a clear understanding of the process before attempting it.

The further you drag the brush, the more movement you’ll create. When you release the mouse button, your image will have a motion effect!

You can also use this technique to create other effects, like a spinning wheel or a bouncing ball. Just experiment with different brush sizes and directions to see what kinds of effects you can create.

Creating a motion effect in Photoshop is easy and fun! With just a few simple steps, you can add some pizzazz to your images.
