As an ecommerce business, you will inevitably need to process returns at some point. Whether it’s because a customer wasn’t happy with their purchase, or there was something wrong with the product, you need to have a return policy and process in place to handle these situations.

Creating a return form in Shopify is a simple process that can be completed in just a few minutes. To get started, log into your Shopify admin and go to the “Settings” page. From there, click on the “Checkout” tab and scroll down to the “Return Policy” section.

In the “Return Policy” section, you will see a field where you can enter your return policy details. Here, you will want to include information such as what types of items can be returned, how long customers have to return items, and any other relevant details.

PRO TIP: If you are considering creating a return form in Shopify, be aware that this process is not as simple as it may initially seem. There are a number of important steps that must be taken in order to ensure that your return form is created correctly, and that all of the necessary information is included. Failure to take these steps could result in an incomplete or inaccurate return form, which could cause significant problems for your business.

Once you have entered your return policy details, scroll down to the “Returns” section and click on the “Create Return Form” button.

On the next page, you will be able to enter your return form details. Here, you will want to include information such as the items that can be returned, the quantity of each item that can be returned, and the reason for the return. You will also want to select whether or not you want to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit for returned items.

Once you have entered all of the necessary information, click on the “Create Return Form” button at the bottom of the page. Your return form will now be created and ready for use!
