Deploying Django on DigitalOcean is a breeze. After creating an account and verifying your identity, you can start the process by clicking the “Deploy” button in the Django Admin panel.

In the “Deploying Django” dialog box that opens, you will need to provide the details of your Django project, including the name of your project, the name of your droplet, and the size of your droplet. After filling in these details, you can click the “Deploy” button to begin the process of deploying Django to your droplet.

PRO TIP: Warning: The following article contains instructions on how to deploy Django to DigitalOcean. Please be aware that this process is complex and should only be attempted by experienced developers. If you are not comfortable with the command line or are unfamiliar with server administration, we recommend that you hire a professional to assist you.

Once the deployment has completed, you will be able to access your project’s site at http:// droplet-name . DigitalOcean will also have created a public route for you to use to access your project’s site.

To use this route, you will need to add the public IP address of your droplet to your computer’s browsing address bar. You can also click the “Inspect” button in the Django Admin panel to view logs and statistics about your Django project.
