There are a few ways to draw lines in Photoshop. The first way is to use the pen tool. With the pen tool selected, click on the point where you want the line to start, then click on the point where you want the line to end.

You can also click and drag to create a curved line. To change the width of the line, go to the options bar and select a width from the drop-down menu.

The second way to draw a line is to use the brush tool. Select the brush tool and then click on the point where you want the line to start. Drag the mouse in the direction you want the line to go, and release the mouse button when you reach the end of the line.

The third way to draw a line is to use the pencil tool. Select the pencil tool and then click on the point where you want the line to start.

PRO TIP: If you are using Photoshop to draw lines, be aware that the program can be very buggy. Sometimes the lines will not appear where you want them to, or they will be much thinner or thicker than you intended. If you are having difficulty getting the results you want, consider using a different program.
