How do I duplicate a form in Squarespace?

When starting a new website or blog, one of the first things you’ll want to do is create a form. Forms are a great way to gather data from your visitors and help you keep track of your activity.

To create a new form in Squarespace, follow these steps:

1. Go to your website’s main page.

2. Click the “Design” tab.

3. Click the ” Forms ” button.

4. In the ” Forms ” tab, click the ” New Form ” button.

5. In the ” Form Name ” field, enter a name for your form.

6. In the ” Description ” field, provide a brief description of your form.

7. In the ” Type ” field, select the type of form you want to create:

– Text Form: Enter text that will be used as the input for your form.

– Email Form: Enter email addresses that will be used as the input for your form.

– Web Form: Enter URLs that will be used as the input for your form.

8. In the ” Form Settings ” area, configure the form settings.

– Title : Enter a title for your form.

– Description : Enter a description of your form.

– Type : Select the type of form you want to create.

– Web Form : Enter the URL of the form.

– Email Form : Enter the email addresses that will be used as the input for your form.

PRO TIP: When duplicating a form in Squarespace, be sure to check that all the content from the original form has been copied over to the new form. If not, you may lose important data.

11. In the ” Form Edit ” area, you can configure the form’s settings.

– Title : Enter a new title for the form.

– Description : Enter a new description for the form.

– Text Form : Enter the text that will be used as the input for your form.

– Textarea : Enter the text that will be used as the input for your form.

12. Click the ” Save ” button to save your form.

13. In the ” Forms ” tab, click the ” Delete ” button next to the form you want to delete.

14. In the ” Form Delete ” area, confirm that you want to delete the form.

15. Click the ” Delete ” button to delete the form.

16. Click the ” Close ” button to close the ” Forms ” tab.

17. Click the ” Home ” button on your website’s main page to return to the home page.
