How Do I Email a Customer on Shopify?

The process for emailing a customer on Shopify is simple and straightforward. To email a customer, first log into your Shopify account and navigate to the “Orders” page. From here, find the order you wish to email and click on the “View” button.

On the next page, scroll down to the “Customer Details” section and click on the “Send Email” button. This will open up a new window where you can compose your message. When you’re finished, click on the “Send Email” button to send your message.

PRO TIP: If you are emailing a customer on Shopify, be aware that they may not receive the email if their email provider is set to filter out Shopify emails. Additionally, the customer’s email address may be incorrect or no longer active, so it is important to check that the address is correct before sending the email.
