If you’re a Canva user, you may be wondering how you can get your favorite Canva fonts into Microsoft Word. While there’s no built-in way to do this, there is a workaround that will let you use any font from Canva in your Word documents. Here’s how it works:

First, open the Canva design you want to use in Microsoft Word. To do this, click the Share button in the top-right corner of the design and select Export design.

Next, select PNG from the drop-down menu and click Export.

Once the image has downloaded, open Microsoft Word and insert the image into your document. To do this, click Insert > Pictures > This PC and select the image from your downloads folder.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for instructions on how to install Canva fonts in Microsoft Word, beware that there are many fake websites and videos claiming to offer this service. Some of these sites may install malware on your computer, so it is important to be careful when downloading anything from the internet. The safest way to install Canva fonts in Word is to download them from the official Canva website.

Now that the image is inserted into your document, you’ll need to add some text over top of it. To do this, click Insert > Text Box and draw a text box over top of the area where you want to add text. Then, simply type your text into the text box.

And that’s it! You can now format your text using the various options in the Fonts group on the Home tab.

For example, you can change the font color, style (bold, italic, etc. ), and size.
