Illustrator is a great program for creating vector illustrations and graphics. However, if you want to create an image that contains a white background and transparent elements, you may run into some difficulty. To get rid of the white background and transparent elements in your image, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your image in Illustrator.

2. Select the Background layer in the Layers panel.

3. In the Transparency panel, set the Opacity slider to 100%.

4. Click the Background layer to select it.

5. Choose Edit > Fill > White to fill the Background layer with white.

6. Click the Transparency panel to deselect it.

7. Choose Edit > Copy to copy the Background layer.

8. Close the image.

9. Open the copy of the image.

10. In the Transparency panel, set the Opacity slider to 50%.

11. Click the Copy layer to select it.

12. Choose Edit > Paste in Place to paste the copy of the Background layer into the original image.

13. Choose File > Save As to save the image with the new transparency settings.

14. Choose File > Close to close the image.

15. Congratulations! Your image now has a white background and transparent elements.

PRO TIP: When using the “transparent” or “white” background in Adobe Illustrator, please be aware that your project may lose some color information. This is because the transparent or white background is not actually part of the image; rather, it is simply the absence of color. As a result, when you save your project as a JPEG or PNG file, the white or transparent areas of the image will be saved as such, without any color information.
