In order to import an image into Photoshop, there are a few steps that need to be followed. First, open up Photoshop and click on the “File” menu at the top of the screen. Next, click on the “Open” option and select the image that you want to import.

Once the image is open, click on the “Edit” menu and then click on the “Copy” option. Finally, go back to the “File” menu and click on the “Paste” option. The image will now be imported into Photoshop!

Now that you know how to import an image into Photoshop, why not try adding some text to it? You can do this by selecting the “Type” tool from the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.

Then, click on the image where you want to add your text and start typing! You can change the font, size and color of your text by using the options in the top toolbar.

PRO TIP: When importing images into Photoshop, make sure that the image file is in a compatible format. Photoshop may not be able to open some image files, especially if they are in a raw or proprietary format.

Finally, you may want to add some special effects to your image. Photoshop has a lot of different options for this, so experiment until you find something that you like!

To get started, try clicking on the “Layer” menu and then choosing one of the “Layer Styles” options. This will bring up a list of different effects that you can add to your image.

With these simple steps, you can easily import an image into Photoshop and add text or special effects to it!
