How Do I Insert an Image Into Figma?

Last updated on November 26, 2022 @ 12:34 pm

There are a few different ways to insert an image into Figma. You can either click the “+” icon in the left sidebar and select “Image,” or you can drag and drop an image file from your computer directly into the Figma interface.

Once you’ve inserted an image, you can use the arrow keys to move it around, or click and drag it to reposition it. To resize an image, click on it and then drag one of the corner handles. You can also use the “Scale” option in the right sidebar.

If you want to add text to an image, first select the image and then click the “Text” tool in the toolbar. Then, click on the image where you want to add your text and start typing. You can change the font size, color, and other options in the right sidebar.

To style text in HTML using < p >,< b > and < u > tags, first create a paragraph element using the < p > tag. Then, add a line break using the < br > tag before adding any bold or underlined text.

To make text bold, use the < b > tag. To underline text, use the < u > tag.

PRO TIP: When inserting an image into Figma, be sure to use an image that is the correct size and file type. Otherwise, the image may not display correctly or may cause the app to crash.
