How Do I Know if a Store Is Shopify?

There are a few key things to look for when trying to determine whether or not a store is using Shopify.

First, check the URL of the store. If it has “.myShopify.com” in it, then it is almost certainly a Shopify store.

PRO TIP: If you’re considering using Shopify to power your ecommerce store, you may be wondering how to tell if a store is using Shopify. There are a few ways to tell:

1. Check the website’s URL. If it ends in “.myshopify.com”, it’s a good indication that the store is powered by Shopify.

2. Take a look at the website’s design and see if it looks like a Shopify theme.Shopify themes are designed to be easily customizable, so they often have certain “tells” that give them away.

3. Check the website’s source code. If you see references to “shopify”, it’s another good indication that the store is powered by Shopify.

If you’re still not sure, you can always contact the store owner and ask!

Second, take a look at the design of the store. Shopify stores tend to have a very clean, polished look. If the store looks like it was made in five minutes with no attention to detail, it’s probably not using Shopify.

Finally, try adding something to your cart and going through the checkout process. Shopify stores will have a very smooth and streamlined checkout process. If the checkout process is confusing or takes forever, the store is probably not using Shopify.
