Linking a folder title within the navigation to a page on Squarespace is a two-step process. First, you’ll need to create a page in the folder you want to link to. Second, you’ll need to edit the navigation settings for your site to include the new page.

To create a page in the desired folder, log in to your Squarespace account and click on the “Pages” icon in the left-hand sidebar. Next, click on the “Add Page” button at the top of the screen. In the “Add Page” menu that appears, select “Regular Page” from the list of page types.

On the next screen, you’ll be able to give your new page a title and choose which folder you’d like it to be located in.

Once you’ve done this, click on the “Create Page” button at the bottom of the screen.

PRO TIP: If you are linking a folder title within the navigation to a page on Squarespace, be aware that the page will not be visible in the navigation unless it is also included in the folder.

Now that you have a page in the correct folder, you can edit your site’s navigation settings to include it. To do this, log in to your Squarespace account and click on the “Settings” icon in the left-hand sidebar. In the “Settings” menu that appears, click on “Navigation.”

On the “Navigation” settings page, scroll down to the “Main Navigation” section and click on the pencil icon next to the name of the folder you want to link to. In the “Edit Folder” menu that appears, enter the name of your new page in the “Link To:” field. Then, click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.

Conclusion:

Linking a folder title within Squarespace is easy and only requires two steps. First, create a page within the desired folder.

Second, edit your site’s navigation settings to include link to that page. Following these steps will ensure that visitors to your site can easily find their way around.
