How Do I Merge Canva Designs?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 10:51 pm

As a graphic designer, you’re probably familiar with the many different design programs available. Canva is a popular option, especially for those who are just starting out or don’t have a lot of experience with design software.

But what happens when you want to use more than one Canva design in a single project? How do you merge Canva designs?

The good news is that it’s actually quite easy to merge Canva designs. You can do it directly in the program, using the built-in tools. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

1. Open up the two designs you want to merge in Canva.

2. Select the elements you want to bring over from one design to the other. You can use the shift key to select multiple elements at once.

3. Cut or copy the selected elements.

4. Go to the other design and paste the elements in. They will automatically be placed in the correct position.

5. If you want to make any adjustments, you can do so now.

And that’s all there is to it! Merging Canva designs is quick and easy, and it opens up a whole world of possibilities for your projects. So go ahead and experiment – there’s no limit to what you can create!

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with Canva or design software in general, do not attempt to merge two Canva designs. This process can be complicated and may result in lost data or a design that is unusable.
