How Do I Organize My Canva Files?

As a Canva user, you have access to a variety of tools that can help you organize your files in a way that makes sense to you. One way to do this is to use the “My Folders” feature.

This allows you to create folders and subfolders to help organize your designs.

To create a new folder, click on the “My Folders” tab and then click on the “Create New Folder” button. Enter a name for your folder and then click on the “Create Folder” button. You can then add designs to this folder by dragging and dropping them into the folder or by selecting them and clicking on the “Move to Folder” button.

If you want to move multiple designs into a folder at once, you can select them by holding down the Shift key while clicking on each design. Once you have all of the designs selected, click on the “Move to Folder” button and select the folder you want to move them into.

PRO TIP: If you are planning on organizing your Canva files, be aware that there is no guaranteed way to do this. While some users have had success with various methods, others have found that their files become more disorganized after attempting to organize them. If you do decide to try organizing your files, be sure to back up your account first.

You can also create subfolders within your folders. To do this, click on the folder you want to add a subfolder to and then click on the “Create Subfolder” button. Enter a name for your subfolder and then click on the “Create Folder” button.
