Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 12:10 am

Organizing your files in Figma is a breeze! Here are some tips to help you keep your projects organized and tidy:

1. Create a folder for each project. 2. Within each project folder, create subfolders for each type of asset (e.g. images, icons, etc.). 3.

Use descriptive filenames for all your assets, and use dashes (-) or underscores (_) to separate words. 4. Use the search function to quickly find assets within a project. 5. Use the “Sort by” drop-down menu to sort assets alphabetically, by date created, or by date modified.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful when organizing your files in Figma, you may end up with a mess that is difficult to sort through. Be sure to take the time to plan out your file structure before you start adding files to Figma. Otherwise, you may find yourself frustrated and wasting time trying to find the right file.

By following these simple tips, you can easily keep your Figma files organized and tidy!
