How Do I Preview a Font in Figma?

Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 10:52 am

If you’re a web designer, then you know how important it is to be able to preview fonts before you use them in your designs. Fortunately, Figma makes it easy to do just that. In this article, we’ll show you how to preview a font in Figma so that you can make sure it’s the right one for your project.

First, open the Fonts menu in Figma. You can do this by clicking the “F” icon in the toolbar, or by choosing “Fonts” from the menu bar.

PRO TIP: If you are using Figma to preview a font, be aware that the font may not be installed on your system. This could result in the font being displayed incorrectly, or not at all.

Next, click on the font that you want to preview. A preview of the font will appear in the main window.

You can also change the size of the font preview by clicking on the drop-down menu next to the “Preview” button and selecting a different size.

Finally, click on the “Apply” button to apply the selected font to your design.
