How Do I Print a WooCommerce Order List?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 2:05 pm

If you’re running a WooCommerce store, you’ve probably had to print out an order list at some point. Maybe you needed to keep track of what was sold for inventory purposes, or maybe you needed to print out a packing list for shipping.

Whatever the reason, printing a WooCommerce order list is easy to do. Here’s how:

First, log in to your WordPress dashboard and go to WooCommerce > Orders. On this page, you’ll see a list of all the orders that have been placed on your store. By default, they’re sorted by order date, but you can also sort them by other criteria such as customer name or order total.

Once you’ve found the order list you want to print, click on the Print button in the top right corner. A new window will open up with a printable version of the orders list. You can then use your browser’s print function to print it out.

And that’s all there is to it! Printing a WooCommerce order list is easy and only takes a few seconds. Just remember to do it before you need to ship out any orders.

PRO TIP: If you are using the WooCommerce plugin for WordPress, it is possible to print an order list from the Orders page in your WooCommerce dashboard. However, before doing so, please note that this will print all orders – including any that have been canceled or refunded. If you only want to print a list of active orders, we recommend first filtering the orders by their status (e.g. “Processing”) before printing.

Conclusion:

As you can see, printing a WooCommerce order list is easy to do.
