And that’s it! Your credit card details have now been removed from Shopify.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to remove your credit card details from Shopify, it is important to first understand how the process works. There are two ways to remove credit card details from Shopify: either by using the “Shopify Payments” feature or by manually removing the details from your account settings.

If you use the “Shopify Payments” feature to remove your credit card details, please be aware that this will also remove your payment information from any other stores that you have linked to your Shopify account. In order to keep your payment information safe, we recommend that you only use this method if you are sure that you will not need to use your credit card in any other Shopify stores in the future.

If you would prefer to manually remove your credit card details from your account settings, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Shopify account and go to “Settings.”

2. Click on the “Billing” tab and scroll down to the “Payment Methods” section.

3. Click on the “Edit” link next to the credit card that you wish to remove.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Remove Credit Card” button
