How Do I Report a Problem With UpWork?

If you’re having trouble with UpWork, there are a few things you can do to get help.

First, check the UpWork Community Guidelines. These guidelines contain information on what is and is not allowed on UpWork, and can help you resolve many common issues.

If you can’t find a solution in the Community Guidelines, the next best thing to do is search the UpWork Help Center. The Help Center is full of articles that cover a wide range of topics, and chances are good that you’ll find an article that addresses your specific issue. If not, you can always submit a ticket to the UpWork support team.

Before submitting a ticket, though, there are a few things you should keep in mind. First, make sure that you’re logged in to your account.

If you’re not logged in, UpWork won’t be able to track your issue and provide support. Second, try to be as detailed as possible when describing your issue. The more information you can provide, the better UpWork will be able to assist you.

To submit a ticket:

    1. Go to the UpWork Help Center
    2. Click “Submit a Request”, located in the top-right corner of the page
    3. Enter as much information about your issue as possible into the “Describe your issue” field
    4. Click “Submit”
