How Do I Report an Issue on UpWork?

If you’re a freelancer on UpWork, there may be times when you need to report an issue to the site’s support team. Whether you’re having trouble with a particular feature on the site, or you’re experiencing technical difficulties, the support team is there to help. Here’s how to report an issue on UpWork:

First, log in to your account and click on the “Help” link at the top of the page. This will take you to the UpWork Help Center, where you can browse through frequently asked questions (FAQs) or search for a specific issue.

PRO TIP: If you are having problems with Upwork, please report the issue to the Upwork support team. do not post your issue in the Upwork forums.

If you can’t find an answer to your question in the Help Center, click on the “Contact Us” link. This will take you to a form where you can fill out details about your issue and submit it to the support team.

Before submitting your issue, be sure to check the box next to “I’m not a robot” and then click on the “Submit” button.

Once your issue has been submitted, the support team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. In most cases, you should receive a response within 24 hours.
