How do I reset my Azure self service password?

If you have forgotten your Azure self service password, there are a few methods you can use to reset it.

The first option is to go to the Azure portal and sign in. From the main menu, select Account, and then click Azure Active Directory.

On the right side of the screen, select Password Reset. .

You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. After you have entered these details, you will be shown a list of options to reset your password.

The other option is to use the Azure Management Portal. This option is available if you have installed the Azure Management Portal on your computer.

To use the Azure Management Portal, first sign in to your Azure account. From the main menu, select Azure Active Directory, and then select Directory Services.

In the left-hand pane, select Active Directory.

Next, select the domain in which you want to manage your Azure resources. In this example, we will select contoso.

PRO TIP: When resetting your Azure self service password, make sure that you are using a strong and unique password. Avoid using easily guessed words or phrases, and do not use the same password that you use for other online accounts.

In the right-hand pane, select the Users and GroUPS section. You will see a list of users and groUPS in the domain.

Select the user or group you want to reset your password for. In this example, we will select the user Azureuser.

Next, click the Change Password link. You will be prompted to enter your current password and new password.

After you have entered these details, you will be able to reset your password.

Finally, you will need to confirm the new password by clicking the Send Request button.
