How Do I Retouch in Photoshop CC?

In Photoshop CC, there are two main ways to retouch photos: the Spot Healing Brush tool and the Clone Stamp tool. The Spot Healing Brush tool is great for quickly fixing small blemishes, while the Clone Stamp tool is better for larger areas or more difficult repairs.

To use the Spot Healing Brush tool, simply select it from the toolbar and then click on the area you want to retouch. Photoshop will automatically detect the surrounding area and make a correction.

To use the Clone Stamp tool, first select it from the toolbar and then click on the area you want to clone. Next, holding down the Alt key, click on another area of the photo to select the source.

Then release the Alt key and click and drag over the area you want to clone. Photoshop will copy the selected area and allow you to paste it over another area.

Both of these tools are great for quickly retouching photos, but there are a few things to keep in mind. First, be careful not to overdo it.

Too much retouching can make a photo look fake and unnatural. Second, these tools work best on high-resolution photos. If you’re working with a low-resolution image, it’s best to use other methods of retouching, such as Liquify or Blur.

PRO TIP: This note is to warn you about the possible risks associated with retouching photos in Photoshop CC. There is a possibility that your computer could be infected with malware or viruses if you download and install Photoshop CC from an unofficial source. Additionally, your personal information could be at risk if you enter it into Photoshop CC.

In conclusion, both the Spot Healing Brush tool and Clone Stamp tool are great for retouching photos in Photoshop CC. Just be careful not to overdo it, and these tools will help you create beautiful, natural-looking photos.
