There are multiple ways to save your edits on Squarespace. Depending on what you’re trying to do, you may want to use a different method.

If you’re working on a page or post, the easiest way to save your changes is to click the “Save” button in the top-right corner of the editor. This will save your changes and automatically publish them to your live site.

PRO TIP: If you are working on a Squarespace site, be sure to save your edits frequently. Otherwise, you may lose your work.

If you’re working on a design change, such as adding a new block or tweaking your site’s CSS, you can click the “Save & Exit” button in the top-right corner of the editor. This will save your changes and take you back to the main Squarespace interface.

You can then preview your changes by clicking the “Preview” button in the top-right corner. Once you’re happy with your changes, you can click the “Publish” button to make them live on your site.

You can also save your changes as a draft by clicking the “Save as Draft” button in the top-right corner of the editor. This will save your changes but won’t publish them to your live site. To access drafts, click the “Content” tab in the left sidebar and then click “Drafts. ”
