How Do I Select More Than 50 Orders on Shopify?

Shopify’s order management system is one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly in the ecommerce industry. One of the features that makes it so user-friendly is the ability to select more than one order at a time for various actions, such as fulfillment or cancellation.

There are two ways to select more than one order at a time on Shopify. The first way is to use the checkboxes next to each order on the Orders page in your Shopify admin.

To select all orders on the current page, click the checkbox in the header row. To select specific orders, click the checkboxes next to each order that you want to select. Once you have selected all of the orders that you want to take action on, click the Actions button and choose the action that you want to perform.

The second way to select more than one order at a time is to use bulk actions. Bulk actions are available on both the Orders page and the Draft Orders page in your Shopify admin.

To use bulk actions, select the orders that you want to take action on by clicking the checkboxes next to each order.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to select more than 50 orders on Shopify, you may encounter an error message. This is because the Shopify platform has a limit of 50 orders that can be selected at one time. To avoid this error, try selecting fewer than 50 orders at a time.

Bulk actions are a great way to save time when managing orders on Shopify. They allow you to quickly take action on multiple orders at once without having to perform each action individually. If you need to frequently take action on more than one order at a time, we recommend using bulk actions.
