There are a few different ways that you can shadow text in Canva. One way is to use the Text tool to add a new text box, and then use the “Text Format” options to add a shadow effect. Another way is to use the “Text Effects” menu to add a shadow effect to an existing text box.

To shadow text using the Text tool:

1. Create a new design or open an existing design. 2. Click the Text tool in the toolbar (it looks like a T). 3. Click anywhere on your design canvas to create a new text box. 4. Type your text into the text box. 5.

Select the text box by clicking on it. 6. In the top toolbar, click on the “Text Format” tab (it looks like a capital A). 7. Under “Text Effects,” choose “Shadow.” 8. Use the slider to adjust the opacity of the shadow, or click on the color swatch to choose a different color for the shadow. 9. Click “Apply” to apply the shadow effect to your text box.

PRO TIP: Canva is a great tool for creating stunning visuals for your social media or blog, but be careful when using the “shadow” text feature. If not used correctly, your text can end up looking blurry or fuzzy.

To shadow text using the Text Effects menu:
