How Do I Submit My Hourly Work on UpWork?

Last updated on September 30, 2022 @ 10:50 am

There are a few steps to follow in order to submit your hourly work on UpWork. First, you’ll want to go to the Jobs page and click on the “Submit a Proposal” button.

Next, you’ll want to find the job that you’re interested in and click on the “Apply” button. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your proposal.

PRO TIP: If you’re new to Upwork, you may be wondering how to submit your hourly work. Here’s a quick guide:

1. Log into your Upwork account and click the “My Jobs” tab at the top of the page.

2. Find the job you want to submit work for and click the “Submit Work” button.

3. Enter the amount of time you worked and click “Submit.”

4. That’s it! Your work will be reviewed by the client and they’ll release payment accordingly.

Keep in mind that clients have up to 10 days to review and approve your work, so don’t worry if it takes a little while for them to get back to you.

In your proposal, you’ll want to include information about your experience, why you’re a good fit for the job, and your hourly rate. Once you’ve entered all of that information, you should click on the “Submit Proposal” button at the bottom of the page.

If everything goes well, you should receive a notification from UpWork letting you know that your proposal has been received and is under review. Once the client has had a chance to review your proposal, they will either accept or decline it.

If they accept it, congrats! You’re one step closer to getting the job.
