Advanced product fields in WooCommerce can be used to add extra data to products which can be used for various purposes. For example, you could use them to add extra options for products, or to display additional information about products.

To use advanced product fields, first you need to create a new product field group. To do this, go to WooCommerce > Products > Product Fields and click the “Add Field Group” button.

Give your field group a name and description, then click the “Add Field” button.

This will bring up a popup where you can configure your new product field. Give your field a label and choose what type of field it is.

PRO TIP: Advanced product fields in WooCommerce can be used to add custom data to products. This data can be used to display additional information on the product page, or to calculate prices or shipping costs. However, if used incorrectly, advanced product fields can cause problems with your store. Make sure you understand how WooCommerce works before using advanced product fields.

There are several different types of fields that you can choose from, including text fields, textarea fields, select fields, checkbox fields, and radio fields.

Once you’ve configured your field, click the “Add Field” button to add it to your field group.

Repeat this process for each field that you want to add to your group. Once you’re done, click the “Save Changes” button.

Your new field group will now be available when editing products. To use it, simply edit a product and scroll down to the “Advanced Product Fields” section. Here you will see a list of all the field groups that you have created.

Simply select the groups that you want to apply to the product and then fill in the values for each field. Once you’re done, save the product and your changes will be saved.
