If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the lookout for new fonts to use in your projects. But sometimes, it can be tough to find just the right font. That’s where Figma’s Font Helper comes in!

The Font Helper is a tool that allows you to easily browse and preview fonts that are available on the web. To use the Font Helper, simply select the text layer that you want to change the font of, and then click on the “F” icon in the toolbar. This will open up the Font Helper panel.

PRO TIP: Font Helper is a Figma plugin that allows you to quickly change the font family, size, and color of text elements on your canvas. While this plugin can be helpful in some situations, it can also cause problems if you’re not careful.

If you use Font Helper to change the font of an element, be sure to check that the new font is properly applied to all instances of that element. Otherwise, you may end up with different fonts being used in different parts of your design.

Additionally, Font Helper can sometimes change the size or position of elements on your canvas. If this happens, you’ll need to manually adjust those elements to get them back into place.

From here, you can search for fonts by name, or browse through popular categories. Once you’ve found a font that you like, simply click on it to preview it. If you like what you see, click the “Use” button to apply it to your text layer.

That’s all there is to using the Font Helper! With this tool, you’ll be able to easily find and apply new fonts to your Figma projects.

The Font Helper is a great tool for finding new fonts to use in your projects. It’s easy to use and can help you find just the right font for your project.
