WooCommerce is a popular eCommerce platform that allows you to sell products and services online. One of the payment methods you can use with WooCommerce is Stripe. In this article, we’ll show you how to use WooCommerce Gateway Stripe.

First, you need to install and activate the WooCommerce plugin. For more information, please see our article on how to install and setup WooCommerce.

Once you have installed and activated WooCommerce, you need to install the WooCommerce Gateway Stripe plugin. You can do this from the Plugins page of your WordPress admin panel.

Once the plugin is installed and activated, you need to configure it. You can do this by going to WooCommerce > Settings from the left sidebar of your WordPress admin panel. On the Settings page, go to the Checkout tab and click on Stripe.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with WooCommerce or Stripe, we recommend that you do not attempt to use this gateway. There is a risk that you may inadvertently expose sensitive information or cause other problems if you do not understand how to properly configure and use these tools.

On the Stripe settings page, you need to enter your Secret Key and Publishable Key. These keys are available in your Stripe account dashboard.

To get your Secret Key and Publishable Key:

  1. Login to your Stripe account dashboard.
  2. Click on API from the left sidebar.
  3. On the API page, you will find your Secret Key and Publishable Key under the Your API keys section.

Once you have entered your Secret Key and Publishable Key, you need to select the following options:

  1. Enable Stripe: This will enable Stripe as a payment method on your WooCommerce store.
  2. Capture Charge Immediately: This will capture charges immediately after an order is placed.

You can also choose to enable 3D Secure which adds an extra layer of security for credit card payments. Once you have configured all the settings, click on Save Changes.
