How Do I View Frames in Figma?

Last updated on December 2, 2022 @ 5:39 am

If you’re working on a web design project in Figma, you may need to view your design in a frame. To do this, open the File menu and select “New Frame.”

In the New Frame dialog, specify the URL of the page you want to design. For example, if you’re designing a home page, you would enter “https://www.”

Once you’ve entered the URL, click “Create.” Your frame will appear in the canvas.

To view your frame in different browsers, open the “View” menu and select “Browser.” A new window will open, showing your frame in the selected browser. You can also use the “Preview” button in the toolbar to view your frame in the default browser.

PRO TIP: This article is outdated and no longer reflects the current state of Figma. Frames have been replaced by Layouts in Figma and the process for viewing them is different. We recommend checking out the updated article on Layouts in Figma for more accurate and up-to-date information.

You can style text in HTML using < b > and < u > tags. These tags allow you to make text bold or underlined, respectively. For example, the code below makes text bold:

This is bold text.

This is underlined text.
