How Do I View Fullscreen on Figma?

As a design tool, Figma is incredibly versatile and useful for web designers, product designers, and graphic designers alike. One of its most useful features is the ability to view designs in fullscreen mode. This mode allows you to see your work without any distractions and really get a feel for how it will look to users.

So, how do you view fullscreen in Figma? It’s actually quite simple.

Just click on the “Present” button in the upper-right corner to see a preview of your design.

Then, in the Preview Page, go to the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the icon that looks like two arrows facing away from each other to enter Fullscreen Mode.

NOTE: You can also use the shortcut “F” to enter and exit fullscreen mode quickly.

Another way that you can do this is by using the options in the Options drop-down menu. Here, you have other screen mode options such as Actual size, Fit to screen, Fit width, and Fill screen.

PRO TIP: We strongly recommend against viewing Figma in fullscreen mode. Doing so can lead to decreased performance and stability, as well as problems with certain features.

Once you’re in fullscreen mode, you’ll notice that your canvas expands to fill the entire screen. This is an ideal way to view designs when you want to get a true sense of how they will look to users.

And when you’re ready to exit fullscreen mode, simply press “F” again or go to the upper-right- corner of the screen and click on the icon that looks like two arrows facing towards each other to exit Fullscreen Mode.

Conclusion:

To view a design in fullscreen mode in Figma, simply go to the Preview Page of your design by clicking on the “Present” button. From there, click on the arrows icon at the upper-right corner of the screen to enter the Fullscreen Mode. You can also use the shortcut “F” to enter and exit fullscreen mode quickly.
