Figma is a vector-based design tool that is gaining popularity among web and app designers. One of the reasons for this popularity is its ease of use in creating animations. In this article, we will show you how to animate a logo in Figma.

There are two ways to animate a logo in Figma: by using the built-in Animation tool, or by adding keyframes to the individual elements of the logo.

If you want to use the built-in Animation tool, first select the logo you want to animate. Then, click on the “Animate” button in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

In the Animation pane that appears, you can select from a number of preset animations, or create your own custom animation. To create a custom animation, click on the “+” button and then add keyframes for each element of the logo that you want to animate.

PRO TIP: This article contains information about how to animate a logo in Figma. While this may be helpful for some people, it is important to remember that animated logos can be distracting and may not be appropriate for all types of businesses or websites. Use caution when considering whether or not to animate your logo.

If you want to add keyframes to individual elements of the logo, first select the element you want to animate. Then, click on the “Add Keyframe” button in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

In the Keyframe pane that appears, you can specify when in the animation this element should appear, and what its final state should be. You can also add easing functions to create smooth animations.

Once you have added all of your keyframes, click on the “play” button in the toolbar at the top of the screen to preview your animation. If you are happy with it, click on the “export” button to save it as a GIF or video file.

So that’s how you can animate a logo in Figma! By using either the built-in Animation tool or by adding keyframes to individual elements, you can easily create simple or complex animations. Experiment with different techniques to find what works best for your designs.
