Creating a Frame in Photoshop
There are a few ways to create a frame in Photoshop. The easiest way is to use the Frame Tool (F). To create a rectangular frame, first click the Rectangular Frame Tool (M) on the toolbar, and then click and drag inside the document to create the desired size and shape. Next, select the Frame Tool (F) and drag a border around the frame.

PRO TIP: When creating a frame in Photoshop, be sure to use the proper size canvas for your project. If you use a too small canvas, your frame will appear pixelated. Additionally, be sure to set your frame’s resolution to 300 pixels/inch for best results.

To create a circular frame, first click the Elliptical Frame Tool (L) on the toolbar, and then drag a border around the desired shape. Finally, select the Frame Tool (F) and drag a border inside the border to create the desired look.

The other way to create a frame is to use the Canvas Size Tool (J) to set the size and position of the frame. To do this, first click the Canvas Size Tool (J) on the toolbar, and then click and drag inside the document to set the size and position of the frame.
