The process of creating glitch video effects in Photoshop is actually quite simple. All you need is a video clip and some basic knowledge of the software. Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating your own glitch video effects in Photoshop:

1. Start by importing your video clip into Photoshop. To do this, go to File > Import > Video Frames to Layers.

2. Once your video clip is imported, go to Window > Timeline to open the Timeline panel.

3. In the Timeline panel, you’ll see your video clip broken down into frames. Select the frame that you want to start your glitch effect from and click the “Split Layer” button at the top of the panel.

4. Now that you’ve split your layer, select the portion of the layer that you want to glitch and press Delete (or Backspace) on your keyboard to remove it.

5. Next, go to Edit > Transform > Warp and use the Warp Tool to distort the remaining portion of your layer.

6. To add some final touches to your glitch effect, go to Filter > Stylize > Wind and apply the Wind filter with various settings until you’re happy with the results.

And that’s all there is to creating glitch video effects in Photoshop! With just a few simple steps, you can easily add this popular effect to any of your video projects.
