How do you make a color wheel in Illustrator?

Making a color wheel in Illustrator is a simple process. First, create a new document with a size that will fit your screen.

Next, select the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) and draw a rectangle on your document. Move the rectangle around to make sure that it’s the size that you want it to be.

Once you have the size of the rectangle correct, select the Ellipse Tool (L) and draw an ellipse inside the rectangle. Next, select the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) Tool and click on the ellipse to open the Color Picker.

From here, you can select the colors that you want to be in your color wheel.

PRO TIP: This question is too specific for a warning note.

Once you have the colors selected, click on the OK button to close the Color Picker. Next, select the Stroke (S) Tool and click on the rectangle that contains the colors.

This will create a border around the colors that you can fill with any color that you want.

Finally, select the Text Tool (T) and enter the name of your color wheel in the text box. Once you have finished, select the OK button to close the Text Tool.

You now have a color wheel that you can use to create color schemes in your Illustrator artwork.
