Halloween is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to start thinking about Jack O Lanterns! If you’re not sure how to make a Jack O Lantern in Photoshop, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you create the perfect Jack O Lantern:

1. Start by creating a new document in Photoshop. The dimensions of your document will depend on how big you want your Jack O Lantern to be, but we recommend starting with a canvas size of around 1000×1000 pixels.

2. Once your document is created, use the ‘Rectangle Tool’ (U) to draw a pumpkin shape onto your canvas. You can make your pumpkin as big or small as you like, but remember that the bigger the pumpkin, the more room you’ll have to add details later on.

3. Once you have your pumpkin shape created, it’s time to start adding some details.

Use the ‘ Ellipse Tool’ (U) to add two oval shapes for the eyes, and a curved line for the mouth. If you want, you can also add some triangles for the teeth.

4. To give your Jack O Lantern some extra personality, use the ‘ Brush Tool’ (B) to add some eyebrows and a nose. You can make these as simple or as detailed as you like – it’s up to you!

5. The last step is to add a light source inside your Jack O Lantern.

To do this, create a new layer and use the ‘ Brush Tool’ (B) to paint a white circle in the center of your pumpkin. This will be our ‘light source’, so make sure that the circle is big enough to be seen from a distance.

And that’s it! You’ve now learned how to make a Jack O Lantern in Photoshop. Just in time for Halloween!

PRO TIP: This article provides instructions on how to create a Jack O Lantern in Photoshop. However, it is important to note that these instructions are for creating a Jack O Lantern in Photoshop CS6. If you are using a different version of Photoshop, the steps may be different.

Making a Jack O Lantern in Photoshop is easy and fun! Just follow the steps above and you’ll have your very own lantern in no time.
