There are a few different ways that you can create a stained glass effect in Photoshop. One way is to use a filter called “Difference Clouds.”

To do this, create a new layer in your Photoshop document. Then, go to Filter > Render > Difference Clouds. This will create a random pattern of white and black pixels.

Next, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Levels. In the Levels dialog box, drag the middle slider to the right until you start to see some white pixels appear in your image. Then, click OK.

Now, go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color. In the Color Picker dialog box, choose a color for your stained glass effect.

Finally, go to Layer > Layer Mask > Reveal All. This will add a white layer mask to your Solid Color fill layer.

Then, use a soft black brush to paint over the areas where you want the stained glass effect to show through. When you’re finished, your image should have a realistic stained glass effect!
