One way to create dust particles in Photoshop is to use the Brush tool. To do this, first create a new layer. Then, select the Brush tool from the Tools palette. Next, choose a soft-edged brush from the Brush Presets menu.

Now, set the foreground color to white and the background color to black. Finally, paint some soft strokes on the new layer.

Another way to create dust particles in Photoshop is by using the Noise filter. Then, select the Filter > Noise > Add Noise menu item.

In the Add Noise dialog box, set the Amount to around 10% and check both the Gaussian and Monochromatic options. Finally, click OK to apply the noise filter to the layer.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with Photoshop, we advise against trying to make dust particles in the program. Photoshop is a complex program and even experienced users can have difficulty creating dust particles that look realistic. There are many tutorials available online but we recommend only attempting this if you are confident in your Photoshop skills.

A third way to create dust particles in Photoshop is by using a custom brush.

Now, open the Brushes panel (Window > Brushes). In the Brushes panel, click on the small icon in the top right corner and choose Load Brushes from the pop-up menu. In the Load Brushes dialog box, navigate to where you have saved your custom brush file and click Load. Finally, paint some soft strokes on the new layer with your custom brush.

Conclusion: There are several ways to create dust particles in Photoshop. You can use the Brush tool, noise filter, or a custom brush.

Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. Experiment with each one to see which one works best for your particular image
