How do you manipulate an image in Photoshop?

In Photoshop, there are a few different ways to manipulate an image. One way is to use the tools in the toolbar.

Another way is to use the tools in the layers palette. And another way is to use the tools in the tools palette.

To use the tools in the toolbar, first click on the toolbar, and then click on the tool you want to use. The following tools are in the toolbar:
