In Figma, you can record a screen by first creating a frame. To do this, click on the “+” icon in the left sidebar and select “Frame” from the drop-down menu.

Next, give your frame a name and select the device type you want to use for your recording. There are a variety of device types to choose from, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Once you’ve selected your device type, you’ll be able to add your screen content to the frame. To do this, click on the “Add Component” button in the top toolbar and select “Screen.”

You can then add your screen content to the frame by dragging and dropping it into place. Once you’re happy with your screen, hit the “Record” button in the top toolbar to start recording your screen.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to record a screen in Figma Prototype, please be aware that there are certain risks involved. First and foremost, please make sure that you have the permission of all parties involved before recording. Additionally, please be aware that Figma Prototype is a public platform and your recordings may be accessible to anyone with an internet connection.

When you’re done recording, hit the “Stop” button and then save your recording by clicking on the “Save” button in the top toolbar. That’s it! You’ve now recorded a screen in Figma.
