How Do You Resize an Object in Photoshop?

In Photoshop, there are a few different ways to resize an object.

The first way is to use the “Transform” tool. With the “Transform” tool selected, you can click and drag on the object to resize it. You can also use the “Scale” options in the “Transform” tool to enter specific values for the width and height.

The second way to resize an object is to use the “Free Transform” tool. With the “Free Transform” tool selected, you can click and drag on the object to resize it. You can also use the “Scale” options in the “Free Transform” tool to enter specific values for the width and height.

    To resize an object using the “Transform” tool:

  • Select the “Transform” tool from the toolbar.
  • Click and drag on the object to resize it.
  • To enter specific values for the width and height, click on the “Scale” options in the “Transform” dialog box.

    To resize an object using the “Free Transform” tool:

    PRO TIP: When resizing an object in Photoshop, be careful not to distort the original proportions of the object. To do this, hold down the Shift key while you drag a corner handle to resize.
