PRO TIP: How Do You Select All Layers in Photoshop?

If you want to select all layers in Photoshop, you need to use the “Select All Layers” command. This command can be found in the “Edit” menu.

There are a few different ways that you can select all layers in Photoshop. You can use the keyboard shortcut, which is “Command + Option + A” on a Mac or “Ctrl + Alt + A” on a PC. You can also go to the “Select” menu at the top of the screen and choose “All Layers.”

If you want to select all of the layers in a group, you can click on the group name in the Layers panel and then use one of the selection methods mentioned above. You can also Shift-click or Ctrl-click (Mac) / Right-click (Win) on multiple layer names to select them individually.

To select all layers of a certain type (for example, all adjustment layers), hold down the Alt (Win) / Option (Mac) key and click on the layer type icon at the bottom of the Layers panel.

Once you have all of the layers selected that you want, you can do anything with them that you could do to a single layer – move them, change their opacity, add a mask, etc.
