When it comes to styling text in Photoshop, there are a few different ways that you can go about it. You can use the regular Type tool, the Text on a Path tool, or the Vertical Type tool.

Each of these has its own unique set of options and capabilities.

If you want to keep things simple, then using the regular Type tool is probably your best bet. With this tool, you can just click anywhere on your canvas and start typing away. You can change the font, size, color, and other formatting options from the Options bar at the top of the screen.

If you want to get a little more creative with your text, then you might want to try out the Text on a Path tool. This allows you to place your text along a curved or straight line. You can also change the orientation of the text so that it flows in any direction that you want.
