PRO TIP: This article contains instructions on how to texturize images in Photoshop. Texturizing an image can create interesting effects and make an image stand out. However, if not done carefully, texturizing can also ruin an image. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully and pay attention to the details in order to avoid making a mistake.

The Clone Stamp tool is a little more difficult to use, but it allows for more control over the texturized area. To use the Clone Stamp tool, first select it from the toolbar.

Then, click and hold down the Alt key (PC) or Option key (Mac), and click on an area of the image that has the texture that you want to clone. Next, release the Alt/Option key, and click and drag the Clone Stamp tool over the area that you want to texturize.
